Refund policy
At Feels like Finland, I'm committed to delivering quality items that can bring Finland nearer to you. My products are made on-demand, which helps to reduce overproduction and waste.
If you wish to return an item, please contact me as soon as you can to discuss your situation.
The request for refund or return must be made during 30 days from receiving the product.
Refunds
If your order arrived damaged or there is a problem with product quality, please
- Take photos of the package, shipping label and product
- Send them with a refund request to me: feelslikefinland@gmail.com
Refunds on verified cases will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please remember that returns can take time also in your bank.
Returns
If the product you ordered is not the right size or color or you are just not happy with it, please
- Send a return or change request to feelslikefinland@gmail.com
- I will send you the shipping label and instructions.
- You will need to cover the shipping cost.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Downloadable products
Please notice that downloadable products (e-books) are not refundable and not returnable.
If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me by email feelslikefinland@gmail.com and I'll do my best to help you. Remember to include your order number and proof of purchase.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not returnable.
