Shipping policy

Please note:

• The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
• Shipping to PO box addresses is supported only to the United States.
• Please double-check your address is correct when ordering. Orders with incorrect address will not be refunded.

Shipping is currently available to selected countries:

US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand*, United Kingdom, Iceland*, Norway*, Switzerland*, Japan*, Singapore*, Turkey* and EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) We also ship to Åland Islands* and Faroe Islands*.

* Please note: Your order may need to go through customs. This applies to the countries marked with * above, and occasionally to other countries if direct shipping is not available temporarily. You are responsible for any applicable customs or toll fees. Please note that the products are manufactured on multiple continents.

Please be patient when waiting for the shipment, the products need to be first manufactured (takes usually 2-7 days, some products can take 2 weeks) and sent (2-5 days more, depending on the product you bought and your location).
